Truthfully, it has to be animal biology especially animal behaviour and physiology. However that isn’t what I do as a biologist, but I do keep that interest for at home 🙂

Biology, specifically neuroscience! That’s why I took it for my degree!

I’m also very interested in entomology- that’s the study of bugs! I haven’t had the chance to work in that area yet though!

I absolutely love biology! I think its fascinating how our bodies work, how diseases work but also how we can treat them. There are also alot of things that are similar across species, which means the work we do can help more than just 1 animal.

I absolutely love chemistry! Doing experiments is amazing and you get to learn a lot of things by seeing them right in front of you! I used to do easy chemistry experiments at home as well when I was at school. 🙂

Biology! I love understanding how our bodies work and how we can develop treatments to help us when our bodies decide not to work. It is amazing how clever our bodies are and how interlinked the processes that make us function can be 🙂

I am also really interested in biomechanics (how the body moves) and at one point wanted to work developing prosthetics for patients who had lost limbs.

I love immunology. I find it fascinating that the human body is able to identify a foreign molecule and have many components to destroy it.

I love the different parts of the immune system and how they all have different jobs and roles. I love how they have some form of education to be able to do these jobs and how they communicate. It is like a little community within the human body.

Biology! Specifically genetics because it helps us learn things like how species evolve, diagnose and treat disorders and work out someone’s risk of disease 🙂
