I have worked on a lot of interesting cases. However, diagnosis of Acute promyelocytic leukaemia in a patient is usually an interesting case due to other specialist test such as flow cytometry and immunophenotyping that is required to confirm diagnosis in addition to looking at the morphological features of the blood film.
