Question: on an estimate how long would you say your projects take on average?

From the very start of an idea to treat a disease to finally having a medicine that a GP can prescribe currently takes on average 12 years. It can be much faster as we are always aiming to get new medicines to patients faster. It is the clinical trial phase which will take the longest as we need to wait for a while to make sure there are not any long term effects of taking the new drug.
